Abstract

Dodol is a type of food that can be categorized in the group of sweet foods (or sweets/sweets). this dodol is inherited from generation to generation from ancestors to grandchildren. There are various types of dodol namely pandan, soursop, durian, palas leavers, garut and melaka. In addition, we also sell wajik and candy. These products were very popular because uniqueness of the building that attract people to the place and buy our product.
