Abstract
This research attempts to gather information on the user acceptance of an existing Portal Pencen JPA (PPJPA) as one-stop information center for Malaysian silver-head community. This study also discuss on the factor analysis of user acceptance on PPJPA portals. The focus groups of this study are Malaysian silver-head community or in-terms of elderly people aged above 50 years old both male and female. The focus groups have a common knowledge and experience of using computer, without any formal training given. Users with minimum physical abilities (e.g. using eye glasses and hearing aid) are accepted for population in this study. Methodology been used in this study is quantitative survey. This research is to determine respondent demographic which will comprise of range of age, sex, races, profession, education level, computer skill and experience, using eye glasses and using hearing aid. The research will be measuring the acceptance level of the application in PPJPA if the portal able to brought convenience and makes users life easier. This research will also be helping PPJPA owner deliver a better portal to serve user's needs. Conclusion been made that conclude that PPJPA serves its purpose, which is to make users life easier in every way that user look at it.
