Abstract

This study was conducted to have investigated the relationship between work-life balance factors (job autonomy, work to family interference and workload) with job satisfaction among the non-executive employees at Yayasan Sarawak. This research is a correlation research. The selected method for sampling in this research is census sampling. The quantitative data were obtained via a survey questionnaire from 90 respondents among the non-executive employees and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The questionnaire consists of 23 items from several resources. Based on the findings, there was a positive and moderate relationship between job autonomy and job satisfaction (r =.321). However, there were strong but negative relationship between work to family interference and workload to job satisfaction (r = -.547) and (r = -.532). This indicates that the more work to family interference occur or workload given, the less employees in Yayasan Sarawak were satisfied. It is recommended for the Yayasan Sarawak to make some necessary improvements in their organization. In addition, it is also recommended for future research to conduct different sample size in different sectors or organization.
