Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between impacts of social networking sites (SNSs) among employees’ from Department of Agriculture, Sarawak. This section describe in detail about background of study, statement of problem, research objectives, research questions, significance of the study, limitations of the study and definition of terms. Literature review evaluate both variables which are independent and dependent variables. Independent variable of this study is Impacts of Social Networking Sites (SNSs) and the dependent variable is Job Performance. Further is methodology, this study use stratified sampling technique to select sample size of respondents who are consist of employees from Department of Agriculture, Sarawak. Then, the data will be collected using structured questionnaires which consist of three sections. Section A will focuses on demographic background of respondents, Section B is focusing on Impacts of Social Networking Sites and Section C is focus on Job Performance using Likert-scale. After that data will be analysed using statistical analysis. Findings and discussion will presenting about the outcome of the statistical analysis as presented in Chapter 3. Moreover, the researcher also will be reviewed about the findings results based on the objectives listed. Conclusion and recommendation recapitulates about the conclusion and recommendation based on the analysis of the outcomes of the study on The Relationship between Impacts of Social Networking Sites (SNSs) and Job Performance among employees from Department of Agriculture, Sarawak.
