Abstract
Firstly, I praise and thanks to the God for giving me this chance to complete my assignment successfully. It’s been hectic days for me to finish this assignment but I did it well with the help from my parents, my siblings and my classmates and not to forget to my lecturer, Madam Nur Haslina Binti Ramli for giving me this opportunity to finish this assignment for course ENT 300. Her guidance helped me a lot to finish this and I would also thanks to her empathy and great sense of humours.
Other than that, I would like to thanks my parents who helped me a lot to finish this assignment although they had a busy schedule. When I don’t know what information should be included in this assignment, I would refer to them and ask for the help. They would also give me the different ideas for making this assignment more unique and different from the others. Besides that, I would also thanks to my siblings for giving the opportunity for me to finish this assignment on time. My completion of this assignment could not have been accomplished without the support of my classmates.
Last but not least, I would like to thanks to Muhammad Aiman Syaqir bin Nordin for giving the opportunity for me to interview him. I will surely not finish this assignment if he did not give the cooperation and free his time for me. Although he has a full scheduled, he will try to make time for me and from here I can say that he is such a humble person although he was the owner for KB Saudagar Kentang located at Kubang Kerian, Kelantan.
