Abstract

Archaeological site museums play an important role in the protection of the world's cultural heritage. Lembah Bujang is the largest archaeological site in Malaysia. In this context, this paper aims to define the current situation of awareness of visitors Lembah Bujang Archaeological museums. The focus group in this study is domestic visitors of the museum. A Questionnaire has been distributed to specific group as together data in finding the level of awareness of visitors Lembah Bujang Archaeology Museum. The finding of this study then can be used to help the service and facilities of the museum to serve the visitors better indirectly can help to raise the level of awareness. Even the level of awareness among archaeology museum
visitor are low, it should give attention on this matter to avoid continuous decreasing awareness level among visitor. Thus, it is important to recognize and identify the factor of awareness that can increase the awareness of earlier history.
