Abstract

Training programs are very important for the organization, it can serve as an immediate treatment or solution to the organizational requirements and a fast performance enhancer. This study is discovering the factors that influence the training program and identify the strongest factor that have big impact on training programs ineffectiveness. This study had been conducted with support by primary and secondary data. This study shows that the effectiveness of training programs in Apple Bakery influenced by five factors which is trainee's motivation, training environment, training method, training time and trainer's attributes. The findings of this study discovering how these factors influence the training programs and which factors affecting the effectiveness of training programs the most. Besides that, the researcher also comes out with the recommendation in order to solve the problem that faced by the company.
