Abstract

Event quality is influenced by satisfaction. This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between event quality and satisfaction among spectators. There are J 91 of male spectators and 21 7 of female spectators from the total of spectators that answer the questionnaire. The survey using questionnaires approach to 444 of spectators at World Kite Festival but researcher managed to collect 408 samples and another 36 samples was unreturn by the respondent. The respondents were chosen using convenience sampling. The statistical analysis that the researcher used is Pearson correlation to investigate relationship. The current study has indicated that, there is a significant relationship between event quality and satisfaction was 0. 780.
