K Builders Training & Consulting is the company that held the training progrramme for the contractor. Therefore, for the comfortable of the user and occupant, there should have enough facilities. Because of that, the K Builders training & Consulting did the renovation at the building.
On the renovation project, K Builders Training & Consulting added the facilities, which are, three (3) office room, surau, pantry area, office area and two (2) seminar rooms. With these facilities, the training will be feeling comfy with the building. The renovations at the K Builders Training & Consulting the owner submit the permission to the ShahALam City Council to get the permission and approval to conduct the renovation project. The applicant which is the owner has to fill the form which the form can got at the City Council. Next, before the renovation start, the team project has to plan the budget for the renovation. Then the materials choose for the renovation must be suitable with themuses of the space and total number of the occupant.
For the renovation had conducted at the building, the permit the renovation have to renew every years. For the shophouses, or shop office the permit have to renew every
years. The budget planning for the renovation based on the material choos and the total labout cost of the project.
