Abstract

The researcher focuses on the job motivational factors and its influence towards performance at Bermuda Subsea (M) Sdn Bhd. Main objectives for this research are to identify the most important job motivation factor. Second objective is to determine situation of employees perform well in their job. The last objective is to investigate the relationship between motivation and performance. The problem statement of this research is "To what job motivation influence towards employee’s performance”. The research design is used sample random method. The aim of the respondent is employees at Bermuda Subsea (M) Sdn Bhd. Researcher used primary data, secondary data and questionnaires for data collection method. This research used SPSS to analyze the data. From that the data will be analyze to frequency analysis, descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The result indicates that most influence factor for job motivation is remuneration and benefit and employees cam perform better if they felt enjoy working and complete the task. Besides that the result also shows that there has strong relationship between job motivation and employees performance. Finally researcher will recommend the appropriate solutions for organization (Bermuda Subsea (M) Sdn Bhd) and future researcher to make sure that employees are more motivated and will perform better in their job.
