Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyse the factor that influence to job satisfaction among employees at Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM). The research discussed three determinants of job satisfaction at Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM): leadership, teamwork, and communication. The approach of this research were tested using the Spearman’s Rank Correlation to determine the relationship between the three independent variables. Data were collected among 70 of employees at Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM). The research finding shows there is a high level of job satisfaction at Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM). The study also found that leadership related positively to job satisfaction as well as teamwork and communication. The implication of this study is that leadership, teamwork and communications can improve job satisfaction among employees at Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM). However, the job satisfaction varies in terms of different determinant of job satisfaction.
