Abstract
Recently, most of organizations are fully aware of the importance of employee performance, increasing employee performance or to find out the ways through which high level of employee’s performance can be achieved is becoming one of the decisive factors for any organization success. Management’s mission is to get people together to accomplish corporate goals and objectives by using available resources efficiently and effectively. There are many variables that affect the performance of employees at work place. These variables include stress, leadership, motivation and training. Stress and trainings have significant relationship on the employees performance while leadership and motivation have no significant relationship with employees performance. This study is quantitative in nature and aimed to find out the relationship between stress, leadership, motivation and training on employees’ performance in Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) Negeri Sembilan as a sample based on 150 employees. The data for this study were collected from questionnaire survey and through Google Form and SPSS 20.0 are used to analysed the data.
