Abstract
Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur has in September 1996, imposed several restrictions, with regards to the use, density and height, on the land. Peremba Construction Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB) is one of Malaysia's leading construction companies. We have constructed many significant commercial, industrial and institutional projects throughout Malaysia, and have played an important role in the development of construction growth of the nation. This study is to determine to what are the factors or determinant that the company has to do to achieve the determinant the pricing of the certain project such as condominium. In addition, these study also about how the company uses a certain strategies. In this research, primary and secondary data collection methods were used. Primary data were gathered through 100 sets of questionnaires that have been distributed to businessperson. While the secondary data were gathered from the various sources such as reports, Internet and books. Finding and analysis are gathered upon the questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents. In today's world, the construction industry has been regarded widely as a catalyst for the growth of all those sectors mentioned above. In fact construction activities can serve as an indicator of the nations economics penormance where construction activities indicates booming economy and sluggish construction activities indicates economic depression.
