Abstract

This abstract concludes the strategic framework for Cozy Cup 312 Cafe, a Malaysian coffee brand inspired by coffee lovers and Person with Disabilities (PWD). The Cozy Cup 312 Café aims to provide an aesthetic and comfortable environment, focusing on fast service, excellent coffee, and handmade beverages with customizable options. The brand's unique selling proposition lay in its commitment to inclusivity, offering special services and facilities for individuals with disabilities. Our café has several services for individuals with disabilities such as adjustable tables, a specific space for people with autism, and so on. This café will be in an urban area to make it easier for people to go and it’s not only focus to PWD person but all people from different ages can also enjoy this service. Our mission, Cozy Cup 312 Cafe's mission is to offer a unique and luxurious coffee experience, emphasizing high-quality ingredients and innovative flavours, while prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of all customers, particularly handicapped people.
