Abstract

Finishing is the most important aspect in furniture making. The application of finishes on the furniture is to protect the surface and also enhance the aesthetic quality of a timber. Finishing also helps to enhance the attractiveness of the surface texture, dimensional, stability and durability. A good finishing protect the wood and enhance its beauty by adding color, polish, luster and other method.
