Industrial training report: Toyo Tyre Malaysia Sdn Bhd (TTM) / Nur Najwa Shuhada Mohd Basri

This industrial training report was prepared for the completion of my study which is from courses in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resources Management. For the final semester, students need to undergo practical training and I was allocated at Toyo Tyre Malaysia Sdn Bhd (TTM) in the Human Resources Department. TTM is one of the most well-known and biggest tire manufacturers in Malaysia. This report summarizes my internship for 24 weeks which are from 1st September 2023 until 9th February 2024. I have shared the duration of the internship, working hours, job, and responsibilities. Moreover, the report will give clear insight into the type of business, organizational structure, and products of TTM. Then, I discussed the external factors that impact the company and HR department in PESTEL Analysis. Then, the PESTEL helped me to discover the SWOT of the company. Later, I discussed about the solutions to reduce the internal weaknesses of the company and HR department. To sum up, this report will show the skills that I have improved, and new knowledge and experience that I discovered during my internship.
