Personality factors that affect the career choice on undergraduate students

The project is about “Personality Factors That Affect the Career Choice on Undergraduate Students”. This project are inspired by the level of career choice on students and personality factors that affect student’s decision on career choice. The researcher would like to identify if the personality have any impact on student’s decision. This project start with the introduction of the study that consist of background of study, problem statement, research objective, research questions, and others. From this part of the project, the researcher can have the picture of what we are trying to achieve and what are the project is about. Then, followed by the second chapter which is literature review that consists of the reviews of the variables that was supported by theoretical framework and journal from previous studies. In this section, all the reviews are based on the studies from previous researchers that supported the variables. Next, proceed to chapter 3 which is about research design. In this chapter, the researcher identify the sampling technique and the sources of information that are used in this study. In the fourth chapter, the researcher analyze the data findings by using SPSS system. There were several ways of analyzing the data which is using reliability test analysis, correlation coefficient test analysis and others. From here onwards, all the data are being explained based on the data findings. Lastly, the researcher put a conclusion to the study and also recommendations on how to improve the future research study.
