Industrial training report: PTT Synergy Group Sdn Bhd / Qurratu’ain Kharol Anuar

I have begun my Industrial Training at PTT Synergy Group or PTT Infra Sdn Bhd which a subsidiaries company under PTT Synergy Group that I was assigned to starting from 15th August 2022 until 28th February 2023. During my industrial training, I learn a lot of things that are out of the syllabus that I learn in university that helps me grab more knowledge in Human Resource Management. In this report I will analyze the internal and external aspects in my company and department, Human Resources and Administration Department using SWOT analysis. Here I will analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in the company and department.
