Abstract
This report was based on the observations, understanding and opinions on company SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis were referred to the PESTEL framework which consists of Politics, Economic, Social, Technological, Environment, and Legal. This report has been conducted to measure student's understanding in analyzing the company's performance specifically in human resource management. This report analysis was conducted towards the place of my internship, in which Royal Perak Golf Club Berhad at Ipoh, Perak for 24 weeks, started from 28th August 2022 until 10th February 2023. The SWOT analysis objective was to help the company in seeing their overall performance and improve on what should have be improved to strive for a better management.
