Industrial training report: Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Perlis / Nur Alia Nabilla Marzuki

This report discusses the internship I completed as a prerequisite for my Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Finance degree programme. This report is based on my 26-week internship at Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Perlis, beginning on 28 August 2022 and ending on 10 February 2023. Throughout my industrial training, I analysed nearly every face of the organization that I observed and perceived. Throughout my industrial training, I was assigned a range of jobs in the Administration Department, Finance Unit and Intelligence and Profiling Department under Profiling Units. The primary purpose of this industrial training is to learn and gain experience by working in a practical setting, as well as to apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting to solve problems while employing the acquired skills and knowledge. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the organization, including all financial, technological, management, and strategic variables influencing its current status. The majority of the issues in this internship report are related to the SWOT analysis, in which I assessed the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Find out what works well and what doesn't for the organization while expressing new understandings of the study after taking the data into account in this section. The conclusion of the SWOT Analysis helps the reader understand why the analysis is significant after reading this report by examining positive and negative elements within and outside the organization.
