Industrial training report: Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani / Nur Aqilah Zulkefli

A student can explore and enhance their career while learning new skills through an internship. It also gives the business the chance to cultivate talent, bring in fresh perspectives and energy, and perhaps even create a pipeline for future full-time workers. Regarding the internship report, it emphasises the significant tasks completed by the student from both academic and non-academic aspects. I am Nur Aqilah Binti Zulkefli, and I have decided to finish my internship at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. By having the opportunity to work in the setting that Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani gave and learning some new environment, technology, and knowledge, I consider myself to be pretty fortunate. The fact that I was able to work in the finance department while still following my course of study was the most incredible experience, though. I definitely benefited from the task I worked on because it deepened my practical knowledge.
Additionally, my SWOT analysis helped me greatly in expanding my perspective on the state of the business and my job. This demonstrates the fact that every company has unique strengths and weaknesses. With the assistance of every employee in the organisation, all of that can still be fixed. For instance, Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani constantly works to correct its flaws so that all patients are satisfied.
Finally, as my internship draws to a close, I have realised that some of my management and communication skills have significantly improved. Furthermore, I learned several important things that will undoubtedly be useful in my future careers. Overall, I felt more professional, skilled, and confident than I had been before the internship.
