Industrial training report: YTY Industrial Holdings Sdn Bhd / Nuraishah Dahalan

My memorable and enlightening 6-month industrial training began here at YTY Industrial Holdings Sdn.Bhd that located at Lumut Perak. I have chosen this company as the place for my industrial training. YTY was establish in 1988. Leading provider of single-use examination gloves is now the YTY Group. We are one of the most reputable producers of single-use examination gloves on the market today thanks to our unwavering commitment to process and product excellence, increased factory automation, and world-class customer service. During the internship, I was put under the finance department for doing the account receivable task. During the training, I had gained lots of knowledge and wonderful experience. Moreover, I also make a new friend with the colleague which I can improve my communication skills. Based on my experienced, communicate with the manager and other colleague are different when communicate with friends or lecturer. Communication plays a vital role in the corporate world as well as an intern. Ability to speak or communicate with people in a professional setting would be one of the most valuable skills that I gained during my internship. For this report, I have made the SWOT analysis for the company. Based on the analysis that I prepared, it makes me easier to recognize more about the company strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats. Plus, I also make a few suggestions that company can improve to stay relevant.
