Abstract

Burnout is a negative effect that can make teachers fell stress and depression its will make teachers unhealthy physically and mentally. This study aims to identify the relationship between factors that affecting burnout among primary school teachers at Seremban. This research involving 120 respondents consisting of primary school teachers at Seremban district, Negeri Sembilan. The data obtained were analyzed with using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version26. The demographic data are analyzed by descriptive statistic while the hypothesis are tested by using T-test and ANOVA method. The research findings showed that one factors, which is working experience, has significant relationship with burnout it’s been found that working experience give negative impact towards primary school teachers. Other, factors which is gender and number of children are no significant relationship with burnout.
