Abstract

This research is about the working women in Malaysia that have conflicts with their life. Conflict that even can affect their life such as divorce, job turn over and many more. The main objective of this research is to identify conflicts in working women life. Three independent variables are identified, household responsibility, financial need and workplace environment. In order to complete this research, three hypotheses were constructed, focusing the main factor that makes working women have conflict in their life. Questionnaire was distributed using non-probability sampling that is judgment sampling and a total of 120 questionnaires were distributed and only 118 questionnaires were received. The data that obtained were analyzed using SPSS. The finding shows that the two variables, household responsibility and financial need were accepted, and another variable were rejected. Thus, only two variables are significant.
