Abstract
Happiness at the workplace is important for an organization to ensure their employee happy with the job and organization so that organization can achieve its objectives and goals. Employee like a blood stream of any organization. In organization, there have many factors that will influences happiness at the workplace. The aim of this research is to study the factors influencing happiness at Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd in Mersing. This research is quantitative research, which had used questionnaire as the instrument to collect the data. The data was collected at 86 of respondents at Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd in Mersing district. The data that had been collected is be evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 Software. By using SPSS, various tests were converged such as reliability analysis, frequency distribution, descriptive analysis, Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression. The result indicated that this Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd should apply the two independent variables because the variables are significant which are co-worker relationship and job satisfaction. By using these two independent variables, it will help to improve the happiness of employees.
