Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify The Impact of training and Development on Employee Productivity: A Case of Employees at Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) Negeri Sembilan. This study was divided into five important chapters named as introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings, conclusion and recommendations. The dependent variable is employee productivity and independent variables are training method, selection of trainer and delivery style. In Chapter 1 this study discussed about the background of the study and company, problem statement, research questions, research objectives, scope of study, significance of study, limitation of study and conclusion. Next, in Chapter 2 discussed about literature review on dependent variable of employee productivity and independent variables of training method, selection of trainer and delivery style. Chapter 3 include the discussion of research design, instrument development, sampling design, research strategy, data analysis, and reliability testing. Chapter 4 discussed about the findings in the study which been run by Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. Chapter 5 is regarding the result of this study conclusion and recommendations that might be used for future researchers. From this research, all of the information will be provided about the Impact of training and Development on Employee Productivity: A Case of Employees at Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) Negeri Sembilan.
