Abstract

Food is mainly important in Malaysia especially bread for example like puri and chapati. Without this food the citizen in Malaysia, cannot live with a happy life. Actually, this food needs some energy to make it with our own hands. So that, the people will feel very tired if they want to make this bread with many quantities within a short time. Hereby, the worker really requires some technology that can flatten or crumble dough nicely within short period. As such, this project will more focus on improving the design of manual dough maker to flatten dough. The feature of this dough maker should be automatically controlled, easy to use and can be use in long term. Another way is to draw using SOLIDWORKS computer aided software. In conclusion, the project is capable of innovating and improving a technical system into another functional product.
