Abstract
Job satisfaction cannot be denied by every single employers as it relate to employee emotional and also their feeling about the particular organization. Job satisfaction also is a continuously been an important not just to retained employee but to stand as an ambassador for the organization image, internally and externally. A satisfied employee have a high probability to be more loyal to company, go extra mile to achieve goals, take pride in their jobs, teams and their achievements. Moreover, recently job stress have been receive great attention to effect satisfaction among employees. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the factor of stress that lead to job satisfaction among employees at FAMA HQ Selayang. This study used convenience sampling techniques to collect data. The data from 66% out of 110 employees are collected then evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 23 Software. The result from Multiple Regression analysis indicates that the elements in stress which is role overload have negative significant relationship and the other two variables which are role ambiguity and work-family conflict shows the no significant relationship with the job satisfaction.
