Abstract
This research is conducted to identify the factors that affect employee performance. The diversity are selected is age diversity, gender diversity and ethnic diversity. The results of this research are based on these three objectives which are to investigate the relationship between age diversity and employee performance, to investigate the relationship between gender diversity and employee performance and lastly to investigate the relationship between ethnic diversity and employee performance. The data for this study was collected through a questionnaire which is the questionnaire were distributed and collected by hand from the Business Office Department, Marketing Department, Finance Department and Customer Service Department at Mahkota Medical Centre, Melaka. It included 86 respondents from each level of employees working at Mahkota Medical Centre, Malacca. The respondents were given some time to respond toward the questionnaire. Then, the data are analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 20.0.
