Abstract

This research explores the role of employees’ engagement towards employees’ productivity among employees in Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) Melaka. A survey of employees’ productivity Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) Melaka was conducted to determine the significance and influence of the relationship between job’ satisfaction, rewards and recognition and organizational commitment towards employees’ productivity in Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) Melaka. A total of 132 questionnaires were distributed and obtained. The findings show that the three (3) variables job satisfaction, rewards and recognition and organizational commitment were important in determining and influencing employees’ productivity, therefore Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) Melaka need consider these factors and provide the best way to improve employees’ productivity.
