Abstract
Organizational change was an important issue in governing bodies. The organization was where all the employee and resources begin their activity in order to fulfill all the organizational goals and objectives. In the last decade, there are many techniques and tools have been invented to accelerate up and enhanced the process (Chan and Spedding, 2003; Macintosh, 2003). Knowledge in Spanish firms on the evolution of the organizational structure is getting scarce (Galan et al., 2005). Likewise, a phase of development in the international field is in the systematic study of the distinctive attributes of the new formation of an organization or the change from older organizational design to new ways of organizing that provides accumulated knowledge (Palmer et al., 2007; Pettigrew and Fenton, 2000; Pettigrew et al., 2003). Change is a normal part of business life. The changes can bring a meaningful competitive success towards the organization. Many researchers and enterprises tend to believe that rethinking and redesigning business processes will obtain dramatic and sustainable improvements (Revere, 2004). The employee will have the benefits of the changes in organizations in terms of the changed in technologies, the surroundings, and also the culture of working in the organizations. In order to be successful, communication from the top management should align with employees in order to control the team, motivate the movement and users (Crowe et al., 2002).
