Abstract
The purpose of this study are examined the relationship between technology acceptance and job satisfaction. This study is used non-experimental, correlation with a well-established theoretical framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study are attempted to identify the relationship between two element of TAM in order to see either perceived usefulness or perceive ease of use have a relationship toward job satisfaction among the staff. Beside, this study also attempted to identify either organizational support are related to job satisfaction. Results from the survey that involving 52 respondents showed that the factors are influenced job satisfaction among the staff.
