Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job motivation to the job performance among employee at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. There are two objectives of this study which is to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance among employees and to determine the relationship between job motivation and job performance among employees in government sector at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. The population of respondents for this study is 45 staff and the sample size is 40 respondents from Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS version 20.0 and involves the correlation test. The finding show that the job satisfaction have relationship to the job performance while job motivation have no relationship to the job performance.
