Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measuring job satisfaction by using Herzberg Two-Factors Theory in Mieco Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. This study has two objectives. The first objective was to determine the factors that affect job satisfaction among employees in Mieco Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. The second objectives are to investigate which Herzberg's motivation-hygiene factor influence more towards job satisfaction. This study utilised convenience sampling techniques. The data collected by using questionnaire that required respondents to rate the job satisfaction in the organization. It was measure using five point of Likert scales. The comparisons measure using means. Based on the findings the factors that influence job satisfaction is motivation factors. arise from intrinsic, or dependent, conditions of the job itself. Factors for satisfaction include responsibility, job satisfaction, recognition, achievement, opportunities for growth, and advancement.
