Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between cause of stress and employee job satisfaction at Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Temerloh. Besides, the objective of this study is to identify the relationship between work overload, interpersonal stressor, and task control toward employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, 80 questionnaires have been distributed to supporting staffs at Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Temerloh to achieve the objective of this study. All the data collected are analyzed using SPSS program. The finding shows the relationship of independent variables and the most influence variable that effect the dependent variables. The results of the finding are significant and there are positive relationship between cause of stress and employee job satisfaction.
