Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between (4) components of communication apprehension, which is communication apprehension in group, meeting, public and discussion towards job satisfaction among the employees in Perodua L.S. Motor Sdn. Bhd. There were (3) research objectives to be studied, they are; the most and least components of communication apprehension that experience by employees at Perodua L.S. Motor Sdn. Bhd and significant relationship between 4 component of communication apprehension and the job satisfaction among employees at Perodua L.S. Motor Sdn. Bhd. The scopes of this research are limited to one organization where the placements of industrial training are taken; thus, the study has been conducted in Perodua L.S. Motor Sdn. Bhd. The number of population for this research are estimated for 100 respondents, however, collected questionnaires are only 70 sheets. Whereby, the sample sizes are taken 59 people as referring to the sample size for a given population by Krejcie and Morgan (1970). The sampling technique used are simple random sampling, whereas, the researcher choose this technique due to its least bias and its offer the most generalizability on the selection of the respondents. The research findings can be concluded that there is positive relationship between (4) components communication apprehension and job satisfaction in Perodua L.S. Motor Sdn. Bhd. This shows that employees in that company faced the problem communication apprehension that effect they job satisfaction in their self.
