Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between office automation acceptance and work performance among office workers at Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh, Pahang. By referred to the table Krejcie and Morgan (1997), the researcher had decided to obtain 60 respondents for this study. Survey method that had been used to collect and gather information by distribute 60 sets of questionnaire to staff in all department in Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh. Then, the data were analysed using the SPSS 22.0 software. Based on the findings, it shows that there is relationship between office automation acceptance and work performance among office workers at Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh. The researcher also provides some recommendation to the organization in order to help the organization to keep and maintain its talented and experienced employees as well in organization.
