Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the leadership styles and level of influence leadership styles towards the employee's performance at Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II (HRPZ II). The leadership styles categorized to three which are transformational leadership, transactional leadership and laissez faire leadership styles. Meanwhile the ranking for employee' s performance was measured based on the scale high, medium and lower. The subjects were the staffs of HRPZ II among non-clinical support staff which as a sample population. The data collected then analyzed using SPSS software. The result found that all the variables were reliable and significantly related between two variables. The researcher had recommended some suggestions at the end after concluded the result.
