Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between ergonomic and employee's performance at Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) in Kuala Lumpur. This study also uses to identify the current problem faced by the employees. Other that, this study needs to identify how the ergonomic was implement by the employees within the office. The questionnaires has been distributed randomly to the respondent who working in Department of Project Risk Management. About 86 respondents have answer the questionnaires distribute. In order to make some
improvement to the employees at Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) in Kuala Lumpur, some suggestion and recommendation was stated.
