Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate about the study on relationship between office automation acceptances towards employees' performance at TH Properties Sdn Bhd. The scope of this research was the office workers at TH Properties Sdn Bhd. The data of this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires and used of sampling for selected from the total population in selected units. In this study, the data collected were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 20.0. The result identified that there was a high relationship between the office automation acceptance and employees' performance. Therefore, the researcher highly recommended on determining of the right aspects that can help in increasingly the employees' performance at TH Properties Sdn Bhd. Then, the supervisors need to apply the effective office automation that suited with the environment employees are working in.
