The working experience I obtained throughout my six-month industrialtraining at Eco Solis Sdn. Bhd. is the primary focus of this internshipreport. My internship experience at Eco Solis, particularly in the areas ofadministration, finance, and logistics, is documented in this report. Ireceived both intrinsic and extrinsic incentives while working on myinternship at Eco Solis.Here in Eco Solis, I need to apply all my skillsand knowledge that I have learned during my degree in UniversitiTeknologi Mara Arau, Perlis.
This report's goal is to recognize and understand the organization'sinternal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities andthreats. An organization's SWOT matrix will be useful in identifying andmaking improvements. SWOT analysis is crucial for them to evaluatetheir challenges and strengths in order to be ranked among the greatestcompanies in the oil and gas sector.The benefits of opportunities,overcoming weaknesses and preventing threats will all be included in thisstudy.
