Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify Factors Affecting Employees’ Well-Being at Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Tun Hussein Onn (IPGKTHO). Focus of this study is employees at IPGKTHO. The independent variables of this study are organizational climate, stress and social support while the dependent variables are employees’ well-being. The objectives of the study are to determinants whether all three independent variable have significant relationship with dependent variables. The sample size of this study is 113 respondents which is consists of office staff and lecturers. The final results of this study shows only two independent variables are supported which is organizational climate and social support while stress is not supported. Therefore, this study included the recommendation for the employers and future researcher to improve employees’ well-being.
