Abstract
Employees’ career adaptability are not emphasized in all organization. This is because employees need to adapt all the changes and challenges by themselves. Employees need to be person environment fit in order to adapt with the environment changes. There are four items in career adaptability, which are concern, control, curiosity, and confidence will help the process of achieving individual’s goals in various career changes. The main purpose of conducting this research paper is to examine the impact of self – efficacy, job satisfaction, and employee engagement on career adaptability among employees at Ranhill SAJ Sdn. Bhd. Daerah Muar.
This study has been conducted at Ranhill SAJ Sdn. Bhd. Daerah Muar using questionnaires in order to collect the data from 103 respondents from 8 different departments. This research paper contains three independent variables which is self – efficacy, job satisfaction, and employee engagement, while dependent variable is career adaptability. The data were collected using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The methods used in this research paper were descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
