Factors that influence employee performance in Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru

This research involves discovering the relationship between supervisor support, physical work environment and work incentives on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influences employee performance among workers in Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru. This survey research is conducted by distributing questionnaires to workers in seven units inside Management Department in Sultanah Aminah Hospital that include Administration Unit, Service Unit, Financial Unit, Assets Management Unit, Development Unit, Information Technology Unit, and Quality Unit. The total number of staffs in in Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru is 4232 staff. This research only conducted in Management Department of Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru, therefore the number of staffs that will be consider for the research is 216 staff. The sample size taken are only 120 respondents from 216 staff in Management Department of Sultanah Aminah Hospital. This research is to determine whether the three variables which are supervisor support, physical work environment and work incentives have a significant impact on employee performance in Management Department in Sultanah Aminah Hospital.
