Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance among staffs in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). One (1) independent variable had been identified which is employee engagement. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance. 377 respondents had participated in this study. The objectives of this study are to examine if there is relationship between employee engagement and employee performance. To ensure the objectives, the researcher had use SPSS version 20
