The study on the factors that cause stress among employees in the workplace: Oli Collection Sdn Bhd

Stress becomes a common issue faced by employees in many organizations in Malaysia today. Previous study have shown that, that there are many potential factors that cause stress which are heavy workload, technological problems, public dealing, higher targets are the most important factors which causes stress and effects the performance of workers negatively. However, past studies conducted examined on how the management may impact on reduce the stress among their employees. There are different results and findings came out from the research done. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the factors that cause stress among employees in the workplace at Oli Collection Sdn Bhd It will be analyzed and examined by using four major independent variables which are scope of work, working hours, salary and environment in the workplace. Apart from that, 150 questionnaires were distributed to employees of Oli Collection Sdn Bhd to gain the data and add depth to findings from the content analysis. The result of the findings will help employees to gain awareness on the main factor and help them to manage the issue from getting worse. Recommendations for future research are also having been discussed.
