Abstract
The purpose of wiring this research is to study the Big 5 Personality Model Practiced among middle and top level management at Hospital Tengku Anis. The methodology describes and explain the sampling plan, the instrument be used to generate data, which assist to answer research question as outlined in chapter one. Researcher used the table to represent the finding on frequency and mean for data that has been analyze. The result of reliability test that has been done is . 725 which is considered as reliable and can be used for the future. The result were intended to use a better understanding of the leader's attitude practices among middle and top level management at Hospital Tengku Anis from the aspect of Big 5 Personality Model. The Recommendation in this research is in order to avoid confusing while subordinate chose the correct order of attitude that they think their leaders should possess, the test should made up of two types of questions.
