Abstract
This study aims to examine the determinants of foreign labor entry in a selected country in Malaysia from 2004 until 2019. This study would like to investigate the significant relationship between Foreign Labor (FL) as dependent variable with all the independent variables namely Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Exchange Currency (EC), Unemployment Rate (UR), Wages (WAG), and Productivity Rate (PR). Time Series model is implemented to this study and interactive software package E-views 9 would be used for testing and analyzing the data collected. This study will be done based on quarterly time panel data over the period from 2004 Quarter 4 until 2019 Quarter 4 with 60 observations. The results concluded that gross domestic product, exchange currency and productivity rate have the major effects in determining the foreign labor entry.
