Strategic planning workshop for the computer science and mathematics studies of the year 2023 / Siti Noor Dina Ahmad

The PSPM UiTM Negeri Sembilan Branch has organised a workshop on Strategic Planning for the year 2023, The workshop's objective is to provide an understanding of the importance of strategic planning and to help the department in formulating a new strategic plan. The program includes activities such as drafting the department's vision and mission statements, identifying strategic objectives and KPIs to support the vision and mission. The workshop aims to involve every faculty member in the discussion and planning process to ensure the effectiveness of the strategic plan's implementation. It is important for every staff member to participate in this workshop as it provides them with an opportunity to present their ideas. Moreover, their participation is crucial to ensure the effectiveness of the strategic plan's implementation. By being involved, staff members can take ownership of the plan's execution, which is essential to achieving its desired outcomes.
