My memorable end enlightening 6 months industrial training begin here at Strata Xml Venture (SXV). Strata Xml Venture is one of the consultancy firms in land and mapping company located at Pulau Pinang. It was great experience to do a practical training here and I gain a lot of extrinsic and intrinsic value here. This industrial training report is to identify the swot analysis of this company. With utilization of SWOT, I learned and analyzed the current condition of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that can help development in business strategies. SWOT analysis is used because it helps to concentrate the company activities into areas where the company is strong and where the greatest opportunity. Lastly, there are a lot of recommendation that can be practiced by this company for their business progress.
